Privacy Policy

Indomus Trading Solutions ("Indomus", "we", "us", "our") operates Aenigma AI and is bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information.

1. What we collect

We collect personal information you provide to us when you:

  • Sign up for a free trial (name, business name, trade, mobile, email, state, optional notes)
  • Contact us by email
  • Use the Aenigma service (call recordings, transcriptions, customer details captured by the AI on your behalf, calendar bookings)

When you use Aenigma to answer calls for your business, your customers may be recorded and transcribed. As the operator of the receiving business, you are responsible for advising customers (for example, via the Aenigma greeting we configure) that calls may be recorded for service quality and record-keeping.

2. How we use it

  • To deliver and improve the Aenigma service
  • To respond to your enquiries and support requests
  • To send service-related communications (billing, status, changes to terms)
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

3. Third-party processors

We use a small number of trusted third parties to deliver the service. They process data on our behalf and are bound by their own data protection terms:

  • n8n — workflow automation for routing form submissions and notifications
  • Telegram — internal team notifications when new trial leads come in
  • Voice AI provider — for call answering and transcription (provider details available on request)
  • Stripe — for billing and payments (when applicable)
  • Email provider — for transactional and service emails

4. Storage and security

Personal information is stored on secured servers operated by us and our processors. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain personal information only for as long as needed to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.

5. Your rights

Under the APPs you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Make a privacy complaint

6. Cookies

This marketing site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, this policy will be updated and a consent banner will be shown.

7. Complaints

If you believe we've breached the APPs, contact us first at bigcheese@indomustrading.com. If unresolved, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers.
