Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aenigma AI ("Aenigma", "the Service") provided by Indomus Trading Solutions ("Indomus", "we", "us"). By signing up for or using Aenigma you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Aenigma is an AI-powered call-answering and booking service for Australian trade businesses. We answer calls forwarded to our system on your behalf, capture job details, and book the work into a calendar of your choice.

2. Free trial

New customers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you continue past the trial, the subscription begins on the day after the trial ends at the rate quoted at signup. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

3. Pricing & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices shown are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. We may change pricing at the start of any new billing cycle with at least 30 days' notice by email.

The introductory rate of $314/month is locked in for the duration you maintain a continuous active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, the then-current rate applies.

4. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Aenigma in your first 30 days of paid subscription, email us and we'll refund the most recent payment in full. The guarantee applies once per business and only to the first paid month.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any time by emailing bigcheese@indomustrading.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate setup information so Aenigma can answer your customers correctly
  • Comply with applicable laws when receiving and recording calls (including informing your customers as appropriate)
  • Keep your billing details current
  • Use the Service only for the trade business you signed up for

7. Acceptable use

You will not use Aenigma to:

  • Send spam, harass, defraud or mislead callers
  • Process unlawful content or activity
  • Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this clause.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. We are not liable for missed calls, lost bookings or business losses arising from downtime, except where required by law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

11. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Indomus Trading Solutions is registered.
